Our single-face reverse flags are printed on one side with full ink penetration. This allows a reverse image visible on the backside.

Our digital nylon flags are printed on 200 denier nylon with a 4-color process. We offer these flags in single reverse or double-face formats.

Spun Polyester Flags

Our spun polyester custom flags are designed to fly in heavy winds. These are made using a dye sublimation process and allow for two pieces of paper to be sewn in between. This creates a nearly 100% back-side reverse print.

Our block-out polyester custom flags have a woven layer of fabric with block-out weave in between. This enables the flag to have solid background colors. These are available in 2x3' to 5x8' sizes.

Heading and Grommets

Headings and Grommets are standard finishes for our flags 6x10 feet and smaller. We use a heavy-duty 9 oz. pure white poly sateen heading with two brass grommets.

Heading with Chrome D-Rings

We use chrome D-rings on our custom flags that are 8x12 feet and larger. Our heavy-duty 9 oz. pure white poly sateen heading is fixed with large chrome D-rings that hold up in strong wind conditions.
